Same varietal makeup as last year but we've changed things up here with some Langhorne Creek Dolcetto instead of Clare Valley. It's really great fruit! 
Alongside this is absolutely the best rosé we've ever done. It's a belter. Fresh cranberries, pink lady apple, guava, salted lemon. Texturally delightful, great acidity, and a great dry finish with a nice phenolic grip.  In short, this is as Unico as a rosé can be - a blend of our 3 key regions, some beautiful vineyards, in our house style: fresh, vibrant and bone dry.
