Anti-spam policy

Unico Zelo is owned by Ochre Nation Pty Ltd (ABN 38 165 945 095), Gumeracha, South Australia.

We do not send unsolicited commercial email, and we do not permit anyone — staff, agencies, affiliates or third parties — to advertise unicozelo.com.au, our wines or our events by unsolicited email or messaging.

Who we email. Marketing email goes only to people who have asked for it: customers and subscribers who opted in on our website, at the cellar door, at our events, or at checkout. We do not buy, rent, trade or scrape email lists.

Every email can be stopped. Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honoured immediately and automatically. Wholesale and trade customers receive operational email about orders, deliveries and allocations as part of an existing business relationship; those emails also carry an opt-out, and a request to stop is honoured immediately.

The law. We comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003: consent, clear identification of the sender, and a functional unsubscribe in every commercial message.

Report a problem. If you have received an email you believe is unsolicited and it mentions unicozelo.com.au, forward it with full headers to hello@unicozelo.com.au and we will investigate and reply. Our email platform's abuse desk is abuse@klaviyo.com.
