Made from two different types of lemons from South Australia's oldest citrus plantation in Lennane Orchards, Montacute Valley, Adelaide Hills - believed to be planted 150 years ago. Txak Atak

Fiano - Adelaide Hills.
In the Basque region of Spain, there is a style of wine called Txakoli. Searing acidity, slightly sparkling, low alcohol and served in tumblers with incredible theatre as an aperitif to go with Pintxos. So after a few tumblers of Txak at our favourite local Pintxos bar Udaberri, we decided to create our very own: Txak Atak.
