For a wine that is only produced in some years this is almost highway robbery it's this much of a steal. Just an absolutely superb, classical riesling that will satiate any sweet tooth and Riesling lover, but will well and truly over deliver. It's classified as 'Feinherb' which sits between Trocken and Kabinett levels of sweetness - it's almost like the goldilocks for german Riesling - not too sweet, not too dry, just right. Only stainless steel here so the fruit is well and truly to the front - nectarine, orange peel, pineapple, mango. Just a fantastic Riesling for what it sets you back. Should almost always be in the fridge.

About Kopp
Johannes Kopp is the 2nd Generation of the Kopp Estate, taking over the family vineyard and winery at just 22 in 2012. Since then, he's grown the vineyard holdings to 32ha and has converted all the vineyards to be Demeter certified bio-dynamic. Johannes and his partner Alina focus their effort on crafting great Spatburgunder, alongside Chardonnay, Weissburgunder and of course Riesling. Through these varieties, they hope to showcase the incredible diversity of soil that occurs in their unique pocket of the world.
