Hailing from some of the most ancient soils on earth - The Riverland, is a complete underdog region that epitomises what it is to craft fine wine on the edge. Rich red earth, sandy soils covering limestone. Challenging, avant-garde - and one of the most exciting wines we've crafted to date. We're intensely passionate about Nero d'Avola and it's clear potential in the warm, sun-drenched spots of Australia. The insane water-efficiency of this variety coupled with no additions in the vineyard or winery (save for a small component of SO2 at bottling) displays the potential for this variety to craft succulent, juicy, aromatic and supremely refreshing wine. A touch of ancient vine Zibibbo lifts the aroma into supreme smashability. Fresh. A.F. You've been warned.

Stunning

I first tasted this in a local wine bar. On the way home, I ordered more, direct from Unico Zelo. I've never been that blown away by a wine before. Put it in the fridge and enjoy it chilled. Happiness....!

The one that leaves you coming for more and more and more...

This is mother of all quirky wines and it didn’t even have to be an amber or orange. I’ve been chasing this wine ever since my stock pile ran out, have driven around half of Brisbane to find a bottle. Why you ask?

One, it always got sold the quickest at my local bottle shop in the valley. Two, think of this wine as luscious mouth-watering bottle of Jesus water. With every scrumptious sip, it’s like a party that you hope never ends.

my favourite wine ever

This is my favourite wine, I am about to purchase 10 bottles in case it runs out soon :')

This wine was what introduced me to reds but i keep coming back to it.

When you first open the bottle, it smells like a roll-up!

Its extremely light due to lighter varieties and also zibbibo, which also just makes it that perfect amount of sweet too.

It is the first bottle I have finished in one night. I cannot believe how easy to drink it is, I strongly recommend this wine for a fun and no heavy feelings or bad aftertastes!!!
