Friday Fluff #10!
Double Digits of this thing. Is this pride? Is this minor milestone worth celebrating? Who even knows, but it's been a time. But anyways, let's get into edition 10 of Friday Fluff! New Discoveries! The ABC and Co. being bloody hilarious. The Youth being hilarious. Everyones got a bit of conviviality at the moment - is it cabin fever or the sheer joy of knowing that you don't have to cook another meal or eat it out of a take away container. Who knows, but i'm loving it.
Tell you what else i'm loving, the new Other Right release. Alex and Gailt Shulkin have smashed it out the park once again, always one of my favourite wine releases of the year. Literally zero adds across the board - sulphur included - but all the wines look incredible. Right now i'm on the red spectrum and the 'Dreams and Visions' Pinot Noir is what i've been feeling at the moment. Organically farmed by the legendary Candice and Frewin from CRFT Wines, the fruit is the most important thing here, Alex and Gailt have done their very best to respect the quality of the vineyard and the resultant wine just sings. Pinpoint Precise Pinot. Grab a mixed dozen from the Other Right gang and you'll be singing too. On to the fluff!
