When people meet Laura and I, quite often they'll remark how much we've achieved at such a young age (don't worry, we feel far older than we are!) - but what we've achieved pales in comparison to Ollie Margan. With the last name like Margan, you'd be forgiven for thinking of the eponymous winery in Hunter Valley of the same name...you'd be right, it's the same family. But what Ollie has done of his own bat, is simply remarkable - catapulting in a mere 6 years to being at the top of the bartending elite in the country, if not the globe - his entrepreneurial spirit has taken him across Wine, Vermouth, Cocktails, A String Of Bar Ventures...the guy simply doesn't stop - and he hasn't let COVID stand in the way either.
