Nepotism aside, at the age of 29; Laura Carter has been very busy: launching Unico Zelo, Applewood Distillery, Økar Island Bitter, Carter's Original Coffee Liqueur - and she's only just getting started. As Co-Founder and CEO of one of the most rapidly growing drinks companies in Australia - she's had her fair share of hurdles to jump - and COVID is just one of them.
