A crystal clean Blanc de Blancs made in the Charmat method from an elevated and exposed site in Birdwood. It has plenty of minerality, a brut level of dryness, and the same lime zest zing and white nectarine fruit drive of previous vintages of our Adelaide Hills' sparkling.
