For as long as we can remember, we have been asked: "when are you guys going to make a Pet-Nat?" To be honest, we had - with quite extreme results - and we've been a little bit scarred from the experience. But after 9 years, like a phoenix that rises from the ashes, we rise like bubbles in sparkling wine. Introducing: Sea Foam - Our First Release of Pet Nat. Of course, if we were going to do a pet nat, it was going to be Fiano, and it's worked out an absolute treat. All bright tropical fruits and poached pears, with a sea-spray like saltiness like you've just popped out of the ocean on a summer day. A lush and truly joyous thing to drink.

Fun! Refreshing

This wine tastes like a fun boozy afternoon filled with sunshine! Do not love the smell but the taste is amazingly refreshing and delicious.

As if Cider and Champagne had a baby...

If you're new to Pet Nats, you might be taken aback by this sneaky little number.

It's sparkling like champagne but cloudy like cider, and its taste is a mix of both.

Refreshing sparkle, undertones of soft pear, subtle passionfruit and suggestions of lemon greet the first few sips. As it rolls around the mouth it produces a momentary beer-ish feeling before going back to its baby wine flavour and finishes with a tingle. It is complex yet the name "Sea Foam" is completely fitting; it is asif stumbling out of the waves after a long surf sesh, your senses heightened and tingling with sand and zing. Refreshingly different, cleansing and new.
