Few names inspire notions of 'iconic, tradition and stalwart' than Henschke - the eponymous Barossa winery that did much to put Shiraz (and indeed Australia) on the vinous map globally - and you may be forgiven for subscribing to the dichotomy between tradition and innovation - but tonight we have Justine Henschke with us to help showcase that one of our most beloved Australian brands is anything but resting on it's laurels - and we'll show how they're leading the way in how 'iconic, traditional and stalwart' can also mean 'innovative, creative and energetic'.
