Honesty is something of credo that many winemakers take to heart - it probably has something to do with nobility of farming - you just can't hide anything, especially in well-tended, and well-crafted produce. Whilst we've met our fair share of hardworking, honest people - few take the cake like Andy Coppard does. We've heard many ways to describe him: pragmatic, down-to-earth, shirt off your back kinda bloke - who's seriously in touch with the land he belongs to - it's evident in everything he does. So tonight we'll delve into what got him to where he is now - and posit: where to from here?
