Nothing says team player in an organisation than letting the staff literally make their own wine. Reviving the ‘Cellar Hand Wine’ for another season meant giving the reins over to Jake & Mitch (our head distiller and head bartender) to have a bit of a play - and boy did they! Co-fermenting the intensely aromatic Moscato Giallo with (here goes): a generous dollop of native Davidson Plums. Yep - we’re no longer talking about just grapes folks, these fellas are cowboys. Notwithstanding that: they decided to chuck in a little Grenache - just for more aromatic measure. A luscious, juicy little number that’ll take you by surprise with its aromatic intensity. They left it unfiltered for even greater on-palate generosity! There was only one name this could possibly be called: Plump. Grapes + Davidson Plum - by Jake & Mitch.
