Unico Greco

Greco - Riverland.
We picked some amazing Greco to skin ferment for 2 weeks to then blend into our Esoterico. After the ferment, we tasted it - and it was delicious! It's herbaceous, fresh on the nose and bursting with energy, all fresh pineapple and lime zest. Unfiltered so slight haze and sediment may appear.

Limoncello - Adelaide Hills.
Made from two different types of lemons from South Australia's oldest citrus plantation in Lennane Orchards, Montacute Valley, Adelaide Hills - believed to be planted 150 years ago. The lemons are what one might call "UGLY" - different sizes and kind of weird looking but we think all lemons are beautiful!
