Friday Fluff #5

Friday Fluff #5-Unico Zelo

That right. I'm back. like Arnie in Terminator II -  better than the original? Who knows (also, hope ya'll enjoy the ridiculous picture, we all had a good laugh). After a lovely relaxing and isolating few days off, I'm here to once again dive into the weirder realms of the internet so you don't have to, to entertain you into what's becoming an oddly comfortable time? Anyone else feeling really in a routine and actually kind of enjoying the homebody life? Like, is your house is as clean as it has ever been? Learning to be a better cook? Maybe it's just this phase of the iso-period, because i'm sure next week we'll all be aching for a schooner and a pub feed.

Anywho - Fluff. There is some real heart warmers in here. May have teared up a little getting this one together but totally worth it - plenty of good news! The really good news is for the planet which is basically taking a luxurious holiday. Pollution is downScientist have created an enxyme that can break down plastic bottles in record time. There is still good in the world! Speaking of good things in the world, this weeks booze recommendation comes courtesy of the legendary Stanley Bridge Tavern up in our own Adelaide Hills - in our mind it's an institution. For you South Aussie legends, their bottle shop is still very much open to the public 5 days a week and, if you've not been, has one of the better curated bottle shops in South Australia - from Adelaide Hills staples to some really, really yummy Burgundy, if you've got the cash right now. And they're doing take away pub feeds - Friggin' YES! Anyway I picked up a bottle of this outrageously tasty Sauvignon Blanc Pet Nat from Freehand Wines. It's literally just like tasting wine fresh from the tank mid ferment as it's a little ways away from being dry - nice and spritzy! A great beverage to wave in the end of vintage.
